PSA about NSFW art before inquiring about my art and agreeing to my TOS

I will not and will refuse draw adult artwork that includes child characters or feral animals. Cub and zoo art are an absolute NO. I'm willing to so SFW or younger characters and Feral animals, but if there is something implied or if you publicly divulge in NSFW art of that nature, I am likely to refuse.I am also admittedly vanilla with my NSFW art. I may not be willing to fetish work that is obscure or not something I'm comfortable with.
You're than welcome to ask me what I am ok or not work to work with. However, please don't take it to heart if I say no.

By commissioning me you agree to all terms written below.

  • I have the right to refuse any request. I will cancel/refund if I feel uncomfortable.

  • You must be 18+ to commission me.

  • Commissions are not always first come first serve.

  • One commission per person at a time.

  • Commissions are for non-commercial use. You can use it however you like outside of commercially with credit.

  • Unless requested otherwise, I have the right to use any image publicly as an example.

Payment

  • Payment is in USD

  • Payments are through Paypal or Revolut. Paypal transactions are done via invoice.

  • Payment is not required upfront but the commission will not be delivered until paid in full.

  • If a commission is not paid upfront any other commissions in queue that are paid in full will come first.

Process

  • If you are looking for anything specific, as in a certain pose or drawn situation, please give a brief explanation of what you would like for your commission.

  • For drawings with specifics, a sketch mock-up will be sent for approval.

  • Any commission with no specifics or any vague request will be done as an artistic freedom drawing with no sketch approval.

  • Chibis and Sketch commissions have no sketch approval

Time Frame

  • Turnaround can be about a week to a month or more, depending on my workload and your place in queue.

  • I am only a part-time artist who attends college and has a part-time job. I try not to overburden myself with commission work so I don't take as long.

  • I do not work with deadlines.

Refunds

  • Be 100% sure you want the commission before requesting as to avoid refunds.

  • I can refund before the commission is started.

  • Once the commission is rendered/finished and delivered it is non-refundable.

  • I reserve the right to reuse and rework sketches of refunded drawings.
